Fulfillment Policy:
All Allcanza End User Products are system use based; therefore, fulfillment of product purchase is through the use of the system.
Once the system has been accessed and the process initiated, then the purchased product has been fulfilled whether or not the End User completes the process that was initiated since access to this state of the art system is the product that is being purchased.
Allcanza: Refund Policy
At Allcanza, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain transparency in our business operations. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to our valued customers. Refund Eligibility Period:
- Customers are eligible for a refund within 72 hours of the purchase, provided they have not initiated any processes within the Allcanza platform.
Refund Requests After Initiation:
- If the purchaser has commenced using their account within the Allcanza platform, they may still submit a written request for a refund. Such requests will be subject to review based on specific criteria.
Refund Review Criteria:
- Refunds after the initiation of platform usage will only be granted under exceptional circumstances that are deemed beyond the control of the purchaser. Examples include but are not limited to, the death of the petitioner prior to the completion of the fulfillment process.
Exceptional Circumstances Determination:
- Allcanza reserves the right to assess and determine whether the circumstances presented by the purchaser warrant a refund under the "beyond purchaser control" standard.
Internal Review Process:
- Upon receipt of a refund request based on exceptional circumstances, Allcanza will initiate an internal review process to evaluate the validity of the claim and the extent of system usage.
Refund Amount Determination:
- If a refund is deemed appropriate based on the narrowly tailored standard of "beyond purchaser control," the refund amount will be determined by assessing the extent of system usage by the purchaser.
Discretionary Refund Decision:
- All decisions regarding refunds, particularly those falling under exceptional circumstances, are made at the discretion of Allcanza and are final.
Communication and Notification:
- Customers will be notified promptly regarding the status of their refund request and any decisions made by Allcanza regarding the same.
Refund Method:
- Refunds, when granted, will be processed using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
Policy Revisions:
- Allcanza reserves the right to revise its refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be reflected on our website and communicated to our customers accordingly.
